The number of homes being sold in California could decline by 12-percent next year. That's according to Chapman University's annual home-buyer forecast that says the number of home sales in 2019 is going to be the lowest since 2014. Reasons for the decline include a significant drop in housing affordability and a major housing deficit. The statewide median price for a single-family home is forecast to be 592-thousand dollars, up nearly three-percent.
