The rain that is in the forecast throughout Northern California this week will bring smoke and fire relief, but also bring many challenges to Butte County.

Also, residents that haven't been allowed back to their homes may not get the chance to search for belongings before they get washed away.
In Chico, where evacuees are living in a tent city, many are urging them to move to shelters, because the parking lot where they are living is in a flood zone.
FEMA says it is unclear on whether trailers will be brought in.
As of Tuesday morning, the Camp Fire has killed 79, with the total number of people missing at 699. 46,031 evacuated.
