Jeopardy! fans are already speculating on who should replace Alex Trebek, and many want to see LeVar Burton in the role.
Burton, who is known for playing Geordi La Forge on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Reading Rainbow on PBS, has 9,000 signatures.
Other names have been rumored as being in the mix to replace Trebek, including Ken Jennings, actress Rosie Perez, ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos and Joe Rogan.
