$60k Worth of Meth Found Hidden in Booster Seats

$60k worth of meth was found hidden in a child booster seat at a CA Border Patrol Checkpoint.

On June 15th at the Newton Azrak Border Patrol Station, one person was arrested after US Customs and Border Patrol Protection agents at a checkpoint in Murrieta found meth stored in a child's booster seat.

At the time of the search, two adults and four children were in the car.

A Border Patrol K-9 alerted at the presence of narcotics inside booster seats that were inside of the car. After being alerted of the scent of narcotics, agents examined the seats and found several packaged full of meth.

One man was arrested on suspicion of attempting to smuggle methamphetamine in booster seats, the car was also seized. A woman and the four children were released without any issue.
