Impeachment: Smoke, But No Fire. David Drucker Talks to A&G

President Trump says the White House is preparing to send a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in which he is expected formally object to Democrats' impeachment inquiry.

The letter is expected to say the White House won't cooperate with the probe because it was initiated without a vote of the House vote, the President seemingly confident that the Republican-controlled Senate would reject impeachment outright.

Meanwhile, House investigators released dozens of text messages between U.S. diplomats in Ukraine discussing President Trump's demands that the country launch an investigation into Joe Biden's family in exchange for a White House meeting.

With the outrage meter volume level on-the-rise, we asked The Washington Examiner's Senior Political Correspondent, David Drucker, to join us to talk about the vibe in the capital. Is President Trump truly in trouble (this time)? And, is the Rudy Circus a two or three ring affair?

David Drucker's latest 2020 campaign column is available now via the Washinton Examiner, "Maybe not Trump? Never Trumpers insist they won’t back Warren."
