The West Coast Bum Explosion has pushed residents of one SF neighborhood to place large boulders on their sidewalk to discourage anyone from setting up camp.
But not all of the residents in the area agree with the tactic, including "anti-rock agitator" Danielle Baskin.
The Bay Area resident, artist and entrepreneur talked to A&G about the boulders, her hope for a solution and the reason why she's not hiding from her comments.
