Of the many improvements of Chateau Relaxo (TM pending) is I can finally grill again, the preferred meal preparation method for my current lifestyle.
After securing said propane grill, the only thing left to do was grab some meat and heat it to the point of deliciousness.
Pictured first were some Kabobs which were delicious and recipe was as follows: Brush olive oil over kabob, lightly salt & pepper everything then focus some mesquite steak seasoning on the meat, put in fridge for about an hour, then grill then, pair with your French wine of choice (I chose a fine Bordeaux blend this time) and enjoy.
The ribs were just a basic pre-seasoned variety from a local grocer, but for my first time cooking ribs on a grill I sadly left them on just a bit too long, going to have to learn and do better next time.
Looking forward to a summer full of grilling, what are your favs to throw on the old heat grate?
