NBC News interviewed Brett Kavanaugh's third accuser.
Julie Swetnick says, she can't verify her claims, though she previously stated that the nominee attended a high school party in which gang rape occurred.
Swetnick did say that she does remember seeing Kavanaugh after allegedly drinking too much.
