The internet introduced me to two lovely 9/11 tributes, one from home and one from quite far away.

Meanwhile, way over in New Zealand, some of their very best and bravest gathered to pay tribute to their brothers in firefighting. The video/ceremony was very long so I've jumped ahead to some of the key parts, starting with the introduction:
Around 30 minutes in the names of the firefighters who lost their lives were remembered:
A little after the 1 hour mark the New Zealand firefighters performed a HAKA, a traditional New Zealand dance used for both celebration and mourning:
After that those in attendance began their memorial climbing of the flights of stairs in their own tower, many in full gear:
