LISTEN: Why Not Charge Cohen With Conspiracy?

"If There Was A Conspiracy...why not charge him with conspiracy?"--Attorney Bill Portonova

President Trump's longtime fixer and personal attorney, Michael Cohen (says who), plead guilty to campaign finance charges while also implicating the president in payoffs to keep two affairs quiet.

Cohen said in open court that he made illegal campaign contributions "in coordination and at the direction of a candidate for federal office."  Court documents make it clear that the "candidate" was Donald Trump, and the descriptions of the payments seem to be those made to porn star Stormy Daniels and Playboy model Karen McDougal.

As expected, a feeding frenzy took place on the cable news channels yesterday (feeding off the other headline--the Manafort verdict).

Joining Armstrong & Getty to analyze the charges against Cohen--former public prosecutor and current private defender Bill Portonova.  Listen to their entire discussion below!
