Rebecca Smith of the Wall Street Journal joined Armstrong & Getty to talk about the startling report regarding Russian hackers who managed to infiltrate U-S utility company control rooms.
According to Smith's report (confirmed by DHS officials), the hackers could have caused blackouts throughout the United States after having gained access to systems that were thought to be secure.
