The Armstrong & Getty Show is very proud to be honored by the major radio broadcasting industry authority--Talkers Magazine.
Every year, Talkers ranks the "Heavy 100"--radio's most influential and successful broadcasters.
This year's list (topped for the first time by Sean Hannity) also includes at #24 the morning show known through the United States as The Voice of the West, The Conscience of the Nation--the one-and-only Armstrong & Getty Show!
But in a surprising bit of news, a man who holds a special place in A&G lore, Doug Stephan, also made the list.
Mr. Stephan, who was famously busted for "appropriating" or "borrowing", ya know--"stealing" material from A&G back in 2010--also made the Heavy 100--a few notches ahead of us at #22!
This incredible coincidence gives us an excuse to re-play the infamous (and highly uncomfortable) segment in which Doug explained why he re-used a phone call that originated on A&G for use on his own radio show.
