Legalized sports betting could be coming to horse track or casino near you.

The U-S Supreme Court ruled against a Bush-era law that limited sports betting in all but a few states.

With the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act (PASPA) now reduced to dust, states can decide if they want allow residents to legally bet on sporting events.  

But getting a sports betting biz up-and-running isn't something that will happen overnight.  

San Diego Union Tribune sports columnist Bryce Miller has been thinking about the matter.  He wrote a column on the Supreme Court decision, and then talked to Armstrong & Getty about he thinks will happen next.
