Does Comey's Story Have Legs? A&G Talk to WaPo's Matt Zapotosky

Former FBI director James Comey ran down President Trump during his first televised interview since being fired.

This morning Trump accused Comey of lying under oath, being disgruntled and, in his words--committing "many crimes."

Trump sent out a series of tweets blasting Comey, including one in which he debuted a new nickname for the former FBI director. "Slippery James Comey, a man who always ends up badly and out of whack (he is not smart!), will go down as the WORST FBI Director in history, by far!"

In his Monday Twitter post, the President stated, "Comey drafted the Crooked Hillary exoneration long before he talked to her (lied in Congress to Senator G), then based his decisions on her poll numbers. Disgruntled, he, McCabe, and the others, committed many crimes!

Comey's new book, "A Higher Loyalty," is set for release tomorrow.

Joining A&G to discuss the interview, Washington Post National Security Reporter Matt Zapotosky.
