STUDY: YOGURT MAY SAVE YOUR LIFE!

Yogurt really does a heart good. 

Boston University researchers found when women with high blood pressure ate at least two servings of yogurt per week it lowered the risk of them suffering a cardiovascular event by up to 30 percent. 

Men in the same situation also had a lower heart attack risk around 20 percent.

Scientist think a combination of yogurt’s fermentation and calcium content offers the benefit to at-risk people’s hearts.
