Drink black coffee ...right after you wake up.

A new study from the Department of Human Nutrition in the Netherlands claims that drinking black coffee--immediately after waking up--will boost metabolism.  

Coffee consumption increases metabolic rates for roughly three hours, which allows people to burn on average an extra 150 calories.  

The key is to add no sugar, cream or milk substitutes which work against weight loss efforts.  

But, researchers say if you struggle with black coffee--a good alternative is cashew milk.
