The Mad Pooper now has a name.
According to reports, an unidentified family spokesman claims that the female jogger, whom he refers to as "Shirley", is unable to control herself due to a traumatic brain injury.
The spokesman says "Shirley" has also gone through gender reassignment surgery.
It's unclear whether the injury is related to the surgery.
Shirley The Mad Pooper has been spotted defecating in the yards of one Colorado community repeatedly over the past few months.
