Photographer Captures Secret Proposal, Uses Twitter To Find Couple

While visiting San Francisco on vacation, a Texas based photographer, Valerie Contreras, was able to secretly capture the heart-filled moments of a stranger's proposal. Over the weekend, Contreras and friends visited the Sutro Baths in San Francisco, where she saw what she thought was going to be a marriage proposal. She pulled out her camera and started to shoot as the moments unfolded in front of her. The couple did not know they were being photographed and the surprise photos perfectly captured the beautiful moment.

"It was honestly such a genuine and feel-good moment watching the proposal happen," Contreras shared with KTVU. "They both looked so happy and in love," she added.

Contreras didn't want to interrupt the moment and thought that sharing the moment on Twitter would help get the pictures to the right people. It only took a couple of hours for the Tweet to go viral and reach the couple. Contreras says that Ricky and Jazmine were really happy about the secret photos and made the loving moment that much sweeter. The tweet currently has almost 100,000 retweets and 670,000 liked.
