Hearings On Capitol Attack Begin Today

Last month's deadly attack on the U.S. Capitol will be the subject of hearings set to start today in Washington, DC.

Two Senate committees holding a joint hearing will question leaders from the Capitol Police and the Metro DC Police Department. The now-former sergeants-at-arms of the Senate and House also will testify. A House hearing tomorrow will focus on warning signs before the Capitol attack and include testimony from experts on domestic terrorism. Another House hearing on Thursday will cover the financing of domestic terrorism, with an eye on the Capitol attack.
