Growing Number Of Pets Test Positive For COVID

It's not just humans who catch COVID - pets are testing positive, too, and Texas A&M's Dr. Sarah Hamer says there is a reason her team has discovered so many.

Her team has been working since June sampling pets from across Texas, so far with 44 positives tests - more than twice of any other state. New York and Utah have 18 cases of COVID in pets, while California has six. In the future, Dr. Hamer says we may reach a point where we need to get our four-legged friends vaccinated for COVID, too.
