Roseville Ranks High In Housing

One Sacramento area suburb continues to rank high on the list of great places to live.

Mayor Krista Bernasconi says her city keeps making these lists for several reasons. Shortly after Money Magazine ranked Roseville as one of the best places to retire last year, the publication's new study reveals Roseville is the fifth best city in the nation for working at home. According to the finance technology company SmartAsset, Roseville was ranked as the nation's 14th best city for home ownership among people ages 18-to-34. Roseville's median home price is currently 461,000 dollars. California's median home price remains north of 700,000.
