Businesses Begin To Reopen As Stay-At-Home Orders For Sac Region Are Lifted

Businesses are beginning to reopen as the stay-at-home order for the Greater Sacramento region is lifted.

A four-week ICU availability projection of 19% allowed the region to exit the state's stay-at-home order. Sacramento and Yolo counties are back in the purple tier, which allows for certain businesses such as restaurants to resume outdoor dining and for personal care services like hair and nail salons to reopen indoors. In order for counties to move into the red tier and loosen coronavirus restrictions, the counties must meet the red tier's criteria for two consecutive weeks.
